You can return your semaglutide order within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in their original, new, and unused state, complete with all original tags and labels.

We do not accept returns of Saxenda and Ozempic.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will initiate the refund process. It may take up to 7 days from the date we receive your item to process the return. The refund could appear on your credit card statement within 1-2 billing cycles, subject to your credit card company's policies. You will receive an email notification from us once your return has been processed.
